【摘要】 目的 探究单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术对肺癌患者C反应蛋白（CRP）和降钙素原（PCT）的影响。方法将398例行肺癌根治术的肺癌患者根据手术方式的不同分为单孔组（n=212）和三孔组（n=186），单孔组患者采用单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术，三孔组患者采用三孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术。比较两组患者术后肺部并发症发生情况及CRP、PCT水平。结果 手术后3天，两组患者CRP、PCT水平均高于本组手术前，但单孔组患者CRP、PCT水平均低于三孔组，差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。单孔组患者术后肺部并发症总发生率明显低于三孔组患者，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01）。结论 与三孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术相比，单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术能够减轻患者术后肺部并发症，改善炎症反应，在肺癌的外科治疗中有一定临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer on C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) in patients with lung cancer. Method A total of 398 patients with lung cancer who underwent radical resection of lung cancer were divided into single-port group(n=212) and three-port group(n=186) according to different surgical methods. Patients in the single-port group received single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer, and patients in the three-port group received three-port thoracoscopic radical resection. The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications and the levels of CRP and PCT were compared between the two groups.Result Three days after the operation, the levels of CRP and PCT in the two groups were higher than those before the operation, while the levels of CRP and PCT in the single-port group were lower than those in the three-port group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in the single-port group was significantly lower than that in the three-port group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer could reduce postoperative pulmonary complications and improve inflammatory response compared with three-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.
