【摘要】 本研究旨在探讨汤阴北艾治疗家兔慢性咽炎的效果。根据慢性咽炎的临床诊断标准，用氨水和松节油复合因素建立3月龄家兔慢性咽炎动物模型。在造模成功后，用北艾粉连续饮水给药14 d，以金银花给药为阳性对照，同时设立自然恢复组及正常组。整个试验周期内，观察比较各组家兔临床表现、体质量和体温变化、白细胞分类计数情况、咽部组织病理学变化以及炎性因子的表达。结果显示，造模组家兔出现明显的慢性咽炎临床症状，咽部组织大面积坏死，且周围伴有大量的中性粒细胞弥漫性浸润。与自然恢复组相比，北艾和金银花分别给药治疗后，家兔临床表现趋于正常、体质量增加、体温恒定，血液中淋巴细胞和单核细胞减少，咽部伴有少量淋巴细胞浸润且炎性因子基因TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的转录水平显著降低。研究结果表明，北艾能有效减轻慢性咽炎家兔的临床症状，改善咽部组织的炎性病理，抑制炎性因子基因的转录水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Artemisia argyi L. cv. Beiai on chronic pharyngitis in rabbits. A rabbit model of chronic pharyngitis was established in 3-month-old rabbits using a combination of ammonia and turpentine and turpentine following clinical diagnostic criteria. Once membrane formation was successful, rabbits were administered Artemisia argyi L. cv. Beiai powder in their drinking water for a duration of 14 days, with honeysuckle administration used as a positive control. Additionally, a natural recovery group and a normal group were established. Throughout the experimental period, clinical manifestations, body temperature,white blood cell classification, pharynx pathology, and inflammatory expression were observed and compared among the groups. The results revealed prominent clinical symptoms of chronic pharyngitis in the model rabbits,including extensive pharyngeal tissue necrosis and widespread neutrophil infiltration. In comparison to the natural recovery group, rabbits administered Artemisia argyi L. cv. Beiai exhibited a normalization of clinical features,weight gain, stable body temperature, reduced lymphocytes and monocytes in the blood, and mild lymphocyte infiltration in the pharynx. Furthermore, transcription levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6were significantly diminished. The findings indicate that Artemisia argyi L. cv. Beiai effectively mitigates clinical symptoms related to chronic pharyngitis in rabbits. It also improves the inflammatory pathology of pharynx tissue and inhibit the transcription of inflammatory factors.更多还原
