【摘要】 主要通过TOPSIS-RSR揭示当前世界女子3人篮球的竞技格局并据此分析中国队与顶尖球队的优势与不足，为进一步提高我国女子3人篮球队的竞技实力提供理论参考。将各队的攻防能力由低到高分成1-3档，中国队位于第2档，对比第3档球队，中国队存在过于年轻化的问题，虽在篮板球、投篮等方面有较出色的表现，但在得分、失误等方面与第3档球队存在一定的差距，未来需着重提高队伍的突破与2分投射能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Revealing the current competitive pattern of the 3×3 women basketball in the world primarily through TOPSIS-RSR, the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of China with the top teams, providing theoretical reference for further improving the technical and tactical level of China. The offensive and defensive abilities of each team are ranked 1-3 from the lowest to the highest. Comparing the teams in tier 3, China which is in tier 2 has the problem of being too young, although we has excellent performance in rebound, shooting and so on, there are still problems in points, turnover and so forth.
