【摘要】 论文基于工作—闲暇模型与生命周期理论，利用2020年度中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS2020)建立二元Logistic模型分析了养老金水平和养老保险这两个养老保障测量指标对于老年人劳动参与产生的影响。结果显示，养老金水平和养老保险均对老年人的劳动参与均产生显著影响，并且针对不同户口类型的老年人产生的影响具有明显差异，从而提出从制定弹性退休政策与合理的养老金水平、健全养老保险体系、统筹城乡养老保险、完善老年人力资源开发机制，保障老年人劳动合法权益等方面入手，以期为提高老年人劳动参与，践行积极老龄观提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the work leisure model and the life cycle theory, a binary logistic model is established by using the data of the China Family Panel Studies in 2020(CFPS2020) to analyze the impact of pension level and pension insurance on the labor participation of the elderly. The results show that both pension levels and pension insurance have a significant impact on the labor participation of elderly people, and there are significant differences in the impact on elderly people of different household registration types. Therefore, it is proposed to start from formulating flexible retirement policies and reasonable pension levels, improving the pension insurance system, coordinating urban and rural pension insurance, improving the development mechanism of elderly human resources, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of elderly people in labor, In order to provide reference for improving the labor participation of the elderly and practicing a positive outlook on aging.更多还原
