【摘要】 借鉴国内相关研究成果，通过问卷调查，构建基于结构方程的多重中介模型，教师因素为自变量，教学效果为因变量，实训内容和学生因素为中介变量，解析自变量通过中介变量对因变量影响的过程和作用机制，探究师范生技能实训课教学效果影响因素的关系。结果发现：教师因素能够直接影响教学效果，呈显著正相关；实训内容和学生因素在教师因素与教学效果间起中介作用，呈显著正相关。该研究为完善教师教育课程体系建设提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the relationship between the factors that influence the teaching effectiveness of skill training courses for normal students, this paper constructs a multiple mediation model based on structural equations by referring to the relevant research results in China and questionnaire survey.In this model, the teacher factor is the independent variable, the teaching effect is the dependent variable, and the training content and student factor are the mediating variables.The independent variable is analyzed through the process and mechanism of the influence of mediating variables on the dependent variable.The experimental results show that teacher factors can directly affect teaching effectiveness, and they are significant positive correlated; the training content and student factors play a mediating role between teacher factors and teaching effectiveness, showing a significant positive correlation.The research provides evidence for improving the construction of teacher education curriculum system.更多还原
