超音速喷嘴喷丸对E690海工钢性能影响
Effect of supersonic nozzle shot peening on properties of E690 offshore steel
【摘要】 为了强化材料表面性能,利用残余压应力场抑制微裂纹的萌生扩展,本文以E690海工钢为研究对象,利用超音速喷嘴大幅度提高喷丸速度,通过控制质量流量和喷丸时间,对比分析超音速喷丸和常规喷丸对材料表面性能的影响。数值模拟表明,超音速喷嘴的丸粒速度是常规喷丸的2倍左右。实验结果表明,两种喷丸工艺均能强化表面性能,超音速喷丸的强化效果明显优于传统喷丸。超音速喷丸后,表面硬度更高、粗糙度更小、残余应力更大、显微硬度更高,强化层深度比常规喷丸深5~10μm,出现微裂纹的强化喷丸时间更长。
【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the surface properties of the material,the use of residual compressive stress field to inhibit the emergence and expansion of micro-cracks,this paper takes E690 offshore steel as the research object,uses the supersonic nozzle to greatly increase the shot blasting speed,and through the control of the mass flow rate and the shot blasting time,compares and analyzes the effect of supersonic shot blasting and conventional shot blasting on the surface properties of the material. Numerical simulation results show that the particle velocity of supersonic nozzles is about twice that of conventional shot peening. Experimental results show that the two shot peening processes can strengthen the surface properties,and the strengthening effect of supersonic shot peening is significantly better than that of conventional shot peening. After supersonic shot peening,the surface hardness is higher,the roughness is smaller,the residual stress is larger,the microhardness is higher,the depth of the reinforced layer is 5~10 μm deeper than that of conventional shot peening,and the reinforcement time for the emergence of microcracks is longer.
