品种和施氮量对喷施硒肥后水稻不同生育期器官及稻田鸭硒含量的影响
Effects of variety and nitrogen application rate on selenium content of rice ducks at different organs of growth stages, and paddy fields after spraying selenium fertilizer
【摘要】 目的:研究品种和施氮量对喷硒肥后水稻不同生育期器官及稻田鸭硒含量的影响。方法:水稻插秧前、分蘖期、抽穗期、灌浆期喷施酵母硒溶液,氮肥设置3个施肥量,水稻采用3个品种,放养稻田鸭,水稻于分蘖期采叶片,灌浆期采穗,成熟期采叶、茎、穗,稻田鸭采血,测定硒含量。结果:水稻分蘖期硒在叶片中无积累;成熟期硒含量大小为叶>穗>茎,叶与茎、叶与穗的硒含量差异显著;穗部硒含量大小为成熟期>灌浆期,差异不显著;成熟期茎的硒含量大小为红香糯>润珠银占>润珠香占,润珠香占与红香糯的硒含量,有显著性差异;不同氮梯度硒元素含量大小为N0>N2>N3>N1,N0、N1、N3之间差异显著;成熟期穗的硒含量大小为红香糯>润珠银占>润珠香占,品种间无显著性差异,不同氮梯度穗的硒含量大小为N0>N2>N3>N1,无显著性差异;成熟期叶硒含量大小为红香糯>润珠银占>润珠香占,润珠香占和红香糯有显著性差异,不同氮梯度叶的硒含量大小为N0>N3>N1>N2,无显著性差异;氮梯度和品种复合与成熟期叶、茎、穗的硒含量无交互效应;硒在稻田鸭血液中无积累。结论:水稻品种、施氮量与成熟期硒积累关系密切。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of variety and nitrogen application rate on selenium content in different organs of growth stages, and ducks in rice field after selenium application. Methods: Selenium yeast solution was sprayed before rice transplanting, tillering stage, heading stage and grain filling stage, and three fertilizer rates were set for nitrogen fertilizer. Three varieties of rice were used: paddy duck was raised, leaves were harvested at tillering stage, ears were harvested at grain filling stage, leaves, stems and ears were harvested at maturity stage, and blood samples were collected for determination of selenium content. Results: There was no selenium accumulation in rice tillering stage. The selenium content of leaf>panicle>stem at mature stage was significantly different from leaf to stem and from leaf to panicle. Selenium content in panicle at maturity stage was higher than that at grain filling stage, with no significant difference. The selenium content of stem at mature stage was Hongxiangwaxy>Runzhuyin zhan>Runzhuxiang zhan, and there was significant difference between Runzhuxiang zhan and Hongxiangwaxy. The selenium contents of different nitrogen gradients were N0>N2>N3>N1, and N0 was significantly different from N1 and N3. The selenium content of panicles at maturity was N0>N3>N1>N2, and there was no significant difference between panicles at maturity. The selenium content in leaves of Hongxiangnuo>Runzhuyin>Runzhuxiang>Runzhuxiang, and there was significant difference between Runzhuxiang and Hongxiangnuo. The selenium contents in leaves of different nitrogen gradients were N0>N3>N1>N2, and there was no significant difference. N gradient and variety compound had no interaction effect with Se content in leaf, stem and ear at maturity stage. There was no accumulation of selenium in the blood of duck. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between rice variety, N application rate and Se accumulation in mature stage.
