葡萄糖醛酸产生菌Pseudomonas sp.LP20对水稻镉吸收的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究重金属镉胁迫下葡萄糖醛酸产生菌Pseudomonas sp. LP20对乙烯合成及水稻镉毒害的影响。方法:通过单因素设计,分别从植株叶绿素含量、乙烯产量、重金属镉含量测定等方面探讨Pseudomonas sp. LP20对镉胁迫下水稻的影响。结果:Pseudomonas sp. LP20显著抑制乙烯合成,同时抑制植株对镉的吸收。用乙烯前体物质1-氨基环丙基羧酸(ACC)处理消除了Pseudomonas sp. LP20或葡萄糖醛酸诱导的水稻中镉积累的抑制作用,然而用乙烯生物合成抑制剂氨基乙氧基乙烯基甘氨酸(AVG)处理显著减少了植物中镉的积累。结论:Pseudomonas sp. LP20分泌的葡萄糖醛酸抑制乙烯的生物合成,从而减少水稻根系中镉的积累。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of a glucuronic acid-producing Pseudomonas sp. LP20 on ethylene synthesis and cadmium toxicity in rice under heavy metal cadmium stress. Methods: Through single factor design, the effects of Pseudomonas sp. LP20 on rice under cadmium stress were investigated from the aspects of chlorophyll content, ethylene production, and heavy metal cadmium content. Results: In this study, Pseudomonas sp. LP20 significantly inhibited ethylene synthesis and simultaneously inhibited plant uptake of cadmium. However, treatment with the ethylene precursor 1-aminocyclopropylcarboxylic acid(ACC) almost abolished the inhibitory effect of Pseudomonas sp. LP20 or glucuronic acid-induced cadmium accumulation in rice. Treatment with the ethylene biosynthesis inhibitoraminoethoxyvinylglycine(AVG) significantly reduced cadmium accumulation in plants. Conclusion: The glucuronic acid secreted by Pseudomonas sp. LP20 inhibits ethylene biosynthesis and thus reduces cadmium accumulation in rice roots.
