微生物修复阿特拉津污染的研究进展

【摘要】 阿特拉津作为优良的三嗪类除草剂被广泛使用,其短期内难以自然降解,在生产和使用过程中极易产生累积性的残留污染,并通过淋溶与食物链传递给动植物,从而造成生态风险。本文阐述了阿特拉津的化学结构、除草原理、残留毒害及物理和化学修复方法的优缺点;微生物修复作为一种新型高效的绿色修复技术已日益受到重视,对降解阿特拉津的菌株大类进行总结,报告了部分菌株的降解机理与途径,并对现有试验方法进行了探讨,对未来利用微生物修复阿特拉津污染的研究方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Atrazine,as an excellent triazine herbicide,is widely used and difficult to degrade naturally in the short term.It is prone to accumulate residual pollution during production and utilization,and is transmitted to animals and plants through leaching and food chain,resulting in ecological risks.This paper elaborated on the chemical structure,weeding principle,residual toxicity,and advantages and disadvantages of physical and chemical remediation methods of atrazine.Microbial remediation,as a new and efficient green remediation technology,has received increasing attention.This paper summarized the major categories of strains with atrazine degradation capacity,reported the degradation mechanism and ways of some strains,discussed the existing test methods,and looked forward to the research direction of microbial remediation of atrazine pollution in the future.
