“洞庭碧螺春”品牌保护管理存在的问题及对策
Problems of "Dongting Biluochun" Brand Protection Management and Countermeasures
【摘要】 “洞庭碧螺春”是中国传统十大名茶,但随着国内其他茶类的强势崛起,目前面临着严峻的竞争形势。本文分析了“洞庭碧螺春”品牌保护管理中存在的问题,总结了“西湖龙井”品牌保护管理的经验和做法,并提出了相应的对策,包括加大培育力度、建立茶叶数字化管理体系、开拓“互联网+”新渠道、组建专业研究机构等,以期为“洞庭碧螺春”品牌提供发展思路和途径。
【Abstract】 Dongting Biluochun"is one of the top ten traditional famous teas in China,but with the strong rise of other domestic teas,it is facing a severe competitive situation at present.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the brand protection management of"Dongting Biluochun",summarized the experience and practices of the brand protection management of"West Lake Longjing",and put forward corresponding countermeasures,including increasing the intensity of cultivation,establishing a digital tea management system,opening up new marketing channels of"Internet+",and establishing professional research institutions,so as to provide development ideas and ways for the"Dongting Biluochun"brand.
