姜辣素与有机硒联合使用对日本沼虾抵御高温胁迫的影响
Effect of Combined Use of Gingerol and Organic Selenium on Resistance of Macrobrachium nipponense to High Temperature Stress
【摘要】 以日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)新品种太湖2号为研究对象,在其饲料中分别添加15 mg/kg姜辣素、15 mg/kg姜辣素+0.01 mg/kg有机硒,并以空白作为对照(CK),研究36~39℃高温胁迫下日本沼虾肌肉组织中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性以及丙二醛含量的变化情况。结果表明:在试验5 d时,添加15 mg/kg姜辣素处理以及添加15 mg/kg姜辣素+0.01 mg/kg有机硒处理与空白对照(CK)相比,均可提高日本沼虾肌肉组织中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,显著降低丙二醛的含量(P<0.05),且这种作用效果在停止饲料添加后的3 d内保持稳定;在试验5、8 d时,添加15 mg/kg姜辣素处理与添加15 mg/kg姜辣素+0.01 mg/kg有机硒处理的丙二醛含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,在饲料中添加姜辣素可以增强日本沼虾对高温胁迫的耐受力和抵抗力,姜辣素与有机硒联合使用可起到协同增效作用。
【Abstract】 Taking the new variety of Macrobrachium nipponense "the Taihu Lake No. 2" as the research object,this paper added 15 mg/kg gingerol, 15 mg/kg gingerol+0.01 mg/kg organic selenium to the feed respectively, and used the blank as the control(CK) to study the changes of superoxide dismutase activity, glutathione peroxidase activity and malondialdehyde content in the muscle tissue of Macrobrachium nipponense under 36-39 ℃ high temperature stress.The results showed that, compared with the blank control(CK), the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in muscle tissue of Macrobrachium nipponense increased and the content of malondialdehyde significantly reduced(P<0.05) in the treatment with 15 mg/kg gingerol and the treatment with 15 mg/kg gingerol+0.01 mg/kg organic selenium on the 5th day of the experiment, and the effect remained stable within 3 days after the feed addition was stopped; on the 5th and 8th day of the experiment, there was no significant difference in the content of malondialdehyde between the treatment with 15 mg/kg gingerol and the treatment with 15 mg/kg gingerol+0.01 mg/kg organic selenium(P>0.05), but there was significant difference in the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase(P<0.05). In summary, adding gingerol to feed can enhance the tolerance and resistance of Macrobrachium nipponense to high temperature stress, and the combined use of gingerol and organic selenium can have a synergistic effect.
