【摘要】 本研究以夏黑葡萄为试材，对其进行见花花穗整形，分别留花穗穗尖3、4、5、6、7、8、9 cm，以花穗不修剪作为对照，研究不同花穗留穗尖长度对其叶面积、叶绿素含量、果实外观品质、果实内在品质和果实色泽的影响。结果表明，不同花穗留穗尖长度对叶绿素含量、果形指数均无显著影响，但留花穗穗尖6、7 cm可在保证果穗重量的同时，叶面积、纵径、横径、可溶性固形物含量均显著高于对照，且留穗尖6、7 cm时果实色泽好，穗形美观，果实综合品质优良。综合对比各项指标，6～7 cm为夏黑葡萄适宜整形长度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xiahei grape was taken as test material, its floral clusters were pruned when the first flower appeared,spikelet tips were left by 3 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm, 6 cm, 7 cm, 8 cm and 9 cm, respectively, and unpruned floral clusters were taken as the CK, so as to study the effect of different length of left spikelet tips on leaf area, chlorophyll content, internal and external quality of fruit, pericarp color. The results showed that different length of left spikelet tips had no significant effect on the chlorophyll content and fruit shape index. When the length of left spikelet tips was 6 cm and 7 cm,fruit cluster weight was higher, while leaf area, vertical and transverse diameters, soluble solid content were higher than those of CK. Besides, fruit with left spikelet tip of 6 cm and 7 cm had good color, ear shape and comprehensive quality.According to the comparison of various indicators, 6-7 cm is suitable length of left spikelet tips for Xiahei grape.更多还原
