不同蔬菜作物根际土壤青枯菌数量比较
Comparison of Quantity of Ralstonia solanacearum in Rhizosphere Soil from Different Vegetable Crops
【摘要】 为科学合理开展番茄栽培与轮作,采用传统的平板培养法,研究不同蔬菜作物根际青枯菌菌落数。结果表明,19份番茄的根际土壤青枯菌菌落数存在显著性差异,其中桂砧1号番茄、GBS无菌903番茄、金艳樱桃番茄以及黄箭樱桃番茄4份番茄的根际土壤中青枯菌的菌落数低于所有番茄的平均值,为低富集青枯病菌的番茄;23份不同蔬菜作物的青枯菌菌落数存在显著性差异,其中大叶茼蒿、八寸参白萝卜、葫芦、桂蔬5号黑皮冬瓜及神奇花总原白丝瓜5份蔬菜作物的根际土壤青枯菌菌落数显著低于23份蔬菜作物的平均值,适宜与番茄进行轮作。
【Abstract】 In order to develop tomato cultivation and crop rotation scientifically, CFU of Ralstonia solanacearum in rhizosphere soil of different vegetable crops were studied by using traditional plate culture method. The results showed that there were significant differences in the CFU of Ralstonia solanacearum in rhizosphere soil among 19tomatoes, and the CFU of Ralstonia solanacearum in rhizosphere soil of Guizhen 1 tomato, GBS Sterile 903 tomato,Jinyan cherry tomato and Huangjian cherry tomato were lower than that of the average of all tomatoes, indicating that they were tomatoes with low quantity of Ralstonia solanacearum. There were significant differences in the CFU of Ralstonia solanacearum in rhizosphere soil among 23 different vegetable crops, the CFU of Ralstonia solanacearum in rhizosphere soil of large leaf chrysanthemum, Bacunshen white radish, calabash gourd, Guishu 5 black wax gourd and Shenqihua Zongyuan white loofah were significantly lower than that of the average of 23 vegetable crops, which were suitable for crop rotation with tomato.
