【摘要】 膝骨关节炎是一种由多种因素引起的以膝关节软骨退行性改变为主要特点的骨关节疾病，主要包括软骨细胞的凋亡、细胞外基质的降解以及炎性细胞因子的增多等病理变化。右归丸具有温肾补阳、益精填血之功效，大量动物实验研究表明，右归丸可以促进膝骨关节炎软骨细胞的增殖和抑制软骨细胞的凋亡，减少细胞外基质的降解，减少炎性细胞因子的活性，调控钙离子代谢，从而达到膝骨关节炎软骨修复的作用。现将近年来的实验研究成果进行综述。更多还原
