【摘要】 目的:挖掘现代文献中针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床选穴规律。方法:检索CNKI、WanFang、VIP、Sinomed、Web of Science、PubMed数据库中关于针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究文献,根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,提取针灸处方并进行规范化处理,运用频次分析、关联规则分析及聚类分析等数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的选穴规律。结果:共纳入文献47篇,提取针灸处方71首,涉及腧穴60个,总频次407次。针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症使用频次前5位腧穴依次为肾俞、三阴交、脾俞、足三里、命门;使用较多的经脉为膀胱经和督脉;腧穴主要分布在背腰部和四肢部;特定穴以背俞穴和交会穴为主。针灸处方经关联规则分析得到核心腧穴组合13组;聚类分析得到腧穴聚类组合4组。结论:针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症取穴经脉主要以膀胱经、督脉为主,其中肾俞、脾俞、肝俞、太溪、命门、腰阳关、悬钟为组方核心腧穴;以补益肝肾、舒筋活络为主,辅以补益气血为针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the pattern of acupuncture point selection for postmenopausal osteoporosis based on data mining technology.Methods:The clinical research literature on acupuncture for postmenopausal osteoporosis was retrieved from CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Sinomed,PubMed and Web of Science Database,the literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the acupuncture prescriptions were extracted and normalized.The data mining techniques such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the selection pattern of acupuncture points for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Results:A total of 47 papers were included,71 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted,involving 60 acupoints,with a total frequency of 407 times.The top 5 acupoints used in acupuncture for postmenopausal osteoporosis were Shenshu(BL23),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Pishu(BL20),Zusanli(ST36),and Mingmen(GV4) in that order;the more frequently used meridians were the Bladder and Governor meridians;acupoints were mainly distributed in the dorsal and lumbar regions and the extremities;specific acupoints were mainly the back shu point and crossing points.The acupuncture prescriptions were analyzed by association rules to obtain 13 groups of core acupoint combinations;cluster analysis obtained 4 groups of acupoint clustering combinations.Conclusions:Acupuncture treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis was mainly based on the bladder meridian and the Governor’s meridian,with shenshu(BL23),Pishu(BL20),Ganshu(BL18),Taixi(KI3),Mingmen(GV4),Yaoyangguan(GV3),and Xuanzhong(GB39) as the core acupoints of the formula,and the treatment method of acupuncture for postmenopausal osteoporosis was based on tonify ing the liver and kidney,relaxing the tendons and activating the collaterals,and supplementing with tonifying the qi and blood.更多还原
