【摘要】 目的：探究骨折住院患者行全程量化护理对其术后康复的作用。方法：86例骨折手术住院患者随机分为对照组（41例）和研究组（45例）。对照组患者实施常规护理，研究组患者实施全程量化护理，两组住院至出院康复护理指导1～4周；应用焦虑与抑郁自评量表（SAS、SDS）评分及Barthel指数改变，探讨两组骨科住院手术患者的恢复情况，同时，开展两组患者出院前护理满意度调查。结果：86例患者均获得手术成功，研究组患者较对照组骨性愈合率显著上升（P<0.05）;1～4周后，与护理前比较，护理后两组患者SAS、SDS评分均下降，Barthel指数升高，且研究组比对照组下降更为明显（P<0.05），研究组患者的护理满意度也优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：骨科住院患者采取全程量化护理有利于骨折患者的术后康复，可有效降低患者的不良情绪，改进护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of total quantitative nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of hospitalized patients with fracture.Methods:Eigty-six inpatients with fracture operation were randomly divided into control group(41 cases) and study group(45 cases). The control group received routine nursing while the study group adopted full quantitative nursing.The two groups were hospitalized and discharged rehabilitation nursing guidance for a total of 1～4 weeks; The self-rating Anxiety and Depression Scale(SAS, SDS) score and Barthel index were used to explore the recovery of patients in two groups of orthopedic inpatient surgery. At the same time, the nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups before discharge was investigated.Results:All 86 patients were successfully operated. The bone healing rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1～4 weeks, compared with the pre-nursing period, SAS and SDS decreased and Barthel index increased in both groups after nursing care, and the decrease was more obvious in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05), and the nursing care satisfaction of the study group was also better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The whole process of quantitative nursing for orthopedic inpatients is beneficial to postoperative rehabilitation of fracture patients, effectively reduce patients’ bad mood and improve nursing satisfaction.更多还原
