密度测定法在甘薯干物率测定中的应用研究

【摘要】 为提高甘薯干物率测定效率,以70个甘薯品系为试材,分别测定薯块密度和干物率,将密度和干物率进行曲线拟合,获得薯块密度与干物率之间的线性关系(y=22.687x5.850 5,R2=0.745 5),根据二者线性关系制作密度与干物率对照表,通过对照表查询,得到薯块的干物率数据;以50个不同品种进行校验,发现该方法获得的干物率与烘干法相比,均值标准误为0.12%,相对偏差为0.03%~9.31%,二者相关系数为0.962,达到极显著水平。可见,密度法可准确测定甘薯干物率。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency of determining the dry matter rate of sweet potato, 70 varieties of sweet potato were used as materials to determine the density and dry matter rate of potato blocks respectively. The linear relationship between the density and dry matter rate of potato blocks was obtained by curve fitting of the density and dry matter rate(y=22.687x5.850 5, R2=0.745 5). The comparison table of density and dry matter rate was made according to the linear relationship, and then the dry matter rate data of potato blocks was obtained by looking up the table. 50 different varieties were used as materials to check the comparison table of density and dry matter rate, and it was found that the average standard error of the dry matter rate obtained by this method was 0.12%, relative deviation was 0.03%-9.31%, and the correlation coefficient between the two methods was 0.962, which reached a very significant level. In summary, the density method could accurately determine the dry matter rate of sweet potato.
