植物源提取物对TuMV和PVY的抗病毒作用
Bioactive Natural Extracts from Plants against Tu MV and PVY
【摘要】 采用芦苇、沙葱、洋葱提取物和蛇床子素对芜菁花叶病毒(tunip mosaic virus, TuMV)和马铃薯Y病毒(potato virus Y,PVY)进行预防作用、治疗作用、钝化效果的研究。结果表明,植物源提取物对TuMV有一定的抗病毒作用。在预防试验中,洋葱提取物的预防效果较好,接种的6株植物中仅有1株发病。蛇床子、沙葱提取物接种的6株植物中有3株发病。在治疗试验中,沙葱、洋葱、芦苇提取物和蛇床子素接种的6株植物,均有3株发病。4种植物源提取物对TuMV均有一定的钝化作用。其中蛇床子素的钝化作用最强,钝化TuMV后的植株发病率仅为16.67%,低于对照宁南霉素。4种植物源提取物对PVY的抑制作用不明显,发病株数均高于对照组宁南霉素处理的发病株数。该研究结果可为进一步研发植物源农药提供数据支持。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, the preventive, therapeutic and passivation effects of Phragmites australis, Allium mongolicum, onions extracts and osthol on tunip mosaic virus(TuMV) and potato virus Y(PVY) were investigated.The results showed that the plant-derived extracts had certain antiviral effect on TuMV. In the preventive test, the onion extract was more effective, with only one of the six plants inoculated developing the disease. Three of the six plants inoculated with the extracts of Allium mongolicum and osthol were diseased. In the therapeutic experiment, three of the six plants inoculated with Phragmites australis, Allium mongolicum, onions extracts and osthol were diseased. All four plant-derived extracts had a passivating effect on TuMV, with the strongest passivating effect of osthol, with only 16.67% plant incidence, which was lower than that of the control ningnanmycin. The inhibition of PVY by the four plant extracts was not significant and the number of diseased plants was higher than the control ningnanmycin.The results of the experimental study can provide data support for the further development of plant-derived pesticides.
