Hemin对康乃馨切花瓶插寿命和生理效应的影响
Effects of Hemin on vase life and some physiological characteristics of cut carnation
【摘要】 本研究设置0.000 5、0.005 0和0.050 0μmol/L 3个不同浓度的氯化血红素(Hemin),探究其对不同品种康乃馨的鲜切花保鲜的影响。试验结果表明,不同浓度Hemin处理均能显著提高3个康乃馨品种的瓶插寿命和观赏价值,其中以0.005 0μmol/L的Hemin处理效果最佳。Hemin处理通过调节体内生化机理延缓切花康乃馨的衰老,能明显提高康乃馨的瓶插寿命、最大花径,保持花枝较高的水分平衡值,从而提高鲜切花的应用价值。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the effects of Hemin at 0.000 5, 0.005 0 and 0.050 0 μmol/L on vase life indifferent cut carnation(Dianthus caryophyllus L.) flower were investigated. Results showed that treatment with theHemin significantly increased carnation vase life of carnation cut flowers and ornamental value, of which0.005 0 μmol/L of Hemin best effect. Hemin treatment delayed the senescence of cut flower carnation by regulatingthe biochemical mechanism in vivo, can significantly improve the vase life and maximum flower diameter ofcarnation, and maintain a high water balance value of flower branches, thereby improving the application value offresh cut flowers.
