燕山地区白头翁生境土壤化学成分研究

【摘要】 本研究对燕山地区白头翁生境土壤进行调查与分析,揭示白头翁生境土壤化学性质,为燕山地区白头翁种质资源保护和可持续开发利用提供科学依据。结果表明,燕山地区白头翁生境土壤pH范围较宽,有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量的变化幅度较大,白头翁生境土壤的多样性引发生境伴生植物的多样性,也预示着燕山地区白头翁种质资源生态适应多样性的特点,有利于其引种栽培。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to provide a scientific basis for better protection and sustainableutilization of Pulsatilla chinensis in the Yanshan area, Which based on the detailed investigation into the soil combiningwith the sampling survey methods, to investigate the soil nutrients of P. chinensis in the Yanshan area. The resultsshowed that the p H of soils where P. chinensis grew was wide. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, totalphosphorus, total potassium, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, effective phosphorus and available potassium varied greatly,which indicated the diversity of associated plants and strong adaptability of P. chinensis in the Yanshan area. Results ofthis study demonstrate that introduction and cultivation of P. chinensis in the Yanshan area are feasible and necessary.
