【摘要】 目的：观察增肌消渴汤联合丙辰针法治疗糖尿病肌少症（diabetic sarcopenia）的临床疗效。方法：选取符合标准的糖尿病肌少症患者60例，按照随机对照的原则将患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采取抗阻训练，治疗组在抗阻训练基础上，加用增肌消渴汤，并以丙辰针法（取穴阳明经并据《灵枢》阴阳系日月篇丙主左手阳明，辰主左足阳明，提插补之）行针刺治疗，原则上均不变动原有降糖方案。观察2组临床疗效的差异，分析组方药物及功效配伍。结果：治疗组总有效率90.00%，对照组总有效率63.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组治疗后FPG、HbA1c较治疗前改善（P<0.05）;2组治疗后握力、步速较治疗前提高（P<0.05）；治疗组治疗后FPG和HbA1c水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组治疗后握力、步速水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：增肌消渴汤联合丙辰针法治疗糖尿病肌少症临床效果显著，患者受益良多，可有效改善肌力，提高握力与步速，具有良好的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zengji Xiaoke decoction combined with Bingchen acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic sarcopenia. Methods: Select 60 patients with diabetic sarcopenia who meet the criteria, and divide them into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized control. The control group took resistance training, and the treatment group added Zengji Xiaoke Decoction on the basis of resistance training, and Bingchen acupuncture(selecting acupoints from the Yangming Jing and according to “Lingshu” Yin and Yang Department of Sun and Moon, Bing ruled the left hand. Conclusion: Zengji Xiaoke Decoction combined with Bingchen Acupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic sarcopenia, and patients benefit a lot.
