贮藏方式对萝卜抽薹开花的影响
Effects of Storage Methods on Bolting and Flowering of Radish
【摘要】 为提高当前冷库贮藏萝卜种株的温度管理技术水平,本试验以‘潍县青’萝卜为材料,研究冷库贮藏、埋藏、仓库贮藏三种冬贮方式贮藏期间的温度变化趋势及对萝卜抽薹开花、叶片理化指标的影响。结果表明,贮藏期间埋藏和仓库贮藏方式的温度变化可分为3个阶段,其中收获后和定植前1个月左右均有一个明显的变温过程;冷库贮藏的萝卜比仓库贮藏、埋藏方式分别延迟抽薹11 d和7 d,延迟开花12 d和7 d;冷库贮藏的萝卜株高显著低于其他两种贮藏方式,花茎直径显著小于仓库贮藏,也小于埋藏;抽薹开花过程中,叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、激素含量以及酶活性,冷库贮藏均低于仓库贮藏和埋藏。根据本试验结果推测,冷库贮藏条件下,于春季萝卜定植前1个月左右逐步升高冷库温度,给种株一个与传统贮藏方式相似的升温信号刺激继而启动花芽分化程序,定植后就能加快抽薹开花进程,还可以有效节约能源。该结论可为科学高效利用冷库、提高萝卜繁种量提供理论参考。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the temperature management technology level for cold storage of radish fleshy root, ‘Weixian Qing’ radish was used to study the trend of temperature change during storage, and the effects of different storage methods(cold storage, soil storage, warehouse storage) on radish bolting, flowering and physical and chemical indexes of leaves. The results showed that the soil and warehouse storage temperature was divided into three stages, and there was an obvious temperature change process in about one month after harvest and before planting. Compared to soil and warehouse storage methods, the bolting time of cold storage was delayed by 11 days and 7 days, and the flowering time was delayed by 12 days and 7 days, respectively. The radish plant height of cold storage was significantly lower than that of the other two storage methods; the diameter of flower stem was significantly lower than that of warehouse storage, and was also lower than that of soil storage. During bolting and flowering, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and hormone and the enzymes activities in leaves of warehouse storage were lower compared with soil and cold storage methods. Based on the results of this experiment, if the cold storage temperature increase gradually about 1 month before the spring planting of radish, the fleshy root would be stimulated by a warming signal similar to the traditional storage method, then the flower bud differentiation process would be initiated earlier, and the process of bolting and flowering would be accelerated after planting; the energy would also be saved effectively. This conclusion could provide theoretical references for scientific and efficient use of cold storage, and increase the seed quantity of radish in the process of breeding.
