不同切花菊品种响应盐胁迫的生理特性研究

【摘要】 为研究不同切花菊在盐胁迫下的生理反应规律及耐盐能力,本试验以6个切花菊品种为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对其植株生长和生理生化指标的影响,并用主成分分析法对其耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,盐胁迫下不同切花菊品种各指标间均存在显著性差异,且随盐胁迫浓度增加,其叶绿素含量(SPAD值)和叶片相对含水量(RWC)呈下降趋势,相对电导率(REC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈上升趋势,可溶性蛋白(SP)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(POD)、过氧化物酶(SOD)活性呈先上升后下降趋势。综合供试切花菊品种各指标的表现得出,各品种的耐盐性由强到弱依次为‘汉城’>‘公主心’>‘芙妮’>‘凯文粉’>‘条纹’>‘银星紫’。各指标主成分分析结果表明,相对电导率(REC)、MDA含量、SOD活性这3个指标能概括7个指标的大部分信息,可作为切花菊耐盐性的鉴定指标。

【Abstract】 In order to study the physiological response law and salt tolerance of different species of cut chrysanthemum under salt stress, six cut chrysanthemum varieties were used as materials to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCl on plant growth and physiological and biochemical indexes, and their salt tolerance was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences among the indexes of different cut chrysanthemum varieties under salt stress. With the increase of salt concentration, the chlorophyll content(SPAD) and leaf relative water content(RWC) showed downward trends, the relative conductivity(REC) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content showed upward trends, and the soluble protein(SP) content and superoxide dismutase(POD) and peroxidase(SOD) activities first increased and then decreased. Based on the performance of various indicators of the cut chrysanthemum varieties, the salt tolerance of the six varieties was evaluated and sequenced as Seoul> Princess Heart>Funi> Kevin Pink> Stripe> Silver Star Purple. The principal component analysis results of the indexes showed that REC, MDA content and SOD activity could summarize most of the information of the seven indexes, and could be used to evaluate the salt tolerance of cut chrysanthemum.
