高油酸花生品种(系)耐碱性评价

【摘要】 本试验以8个高油酸花生品种(系)为材料,测定不同浓度NaHCO3胁迫下花生种子萌发特性。结果表明:随NaHCO3浓度升高,供试品种(系)发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数均呈降低趋势,碱害率升高;综合相对发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及其平均值的差异性分析结果,确定0.5%NaHCO3为本试验所设浓度梯度下鉴定高油酸花生品种(系)萌发期耐碱性的最适浓度。采用隶属函数法对0.5%NaHCO3胁迫下8个花生品种(系)的种子相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和碱害率4个指标进行耐碱性综合评价得出,耐碱性由高到低排序为:宇花33>宇花208>宇花61>宇花18>宇花91>宇花625>宇花169>宇花32。本试验结果可为高油酸花生耐碱品种鉴定及其盐碱地开发利用提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The seed germination characteristics of 8 peanut varieties(lines) with high oleic acid were studied under the stress of NaHCO3 with different concentrations by hydroponic culture. The results were as follows. With the increase of NaHCO3 concentration, the germination potential, germination rate and germination index of the 8 varieties all showed gradually decreasing, together with the gradual increase of alkali damage rate. According to the comprehensive difference analysis results of relative germination potential, relative germination rate and relative germination index, 0.5% was determined as the most suitable NaHCO3 concentration for evaluating the alkali resistance of peanut varieties(lines). The relative germination potential, relative germination rate, relative germination index and alkali damage rate of the 8 varieties treated with 0.5% NaHCO3 solution were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method. The alkali resistance of these varieties(lines) was sequenced as Yuhua 33>Yuhua 208>Yuhua 61>Yuhua 18>Yuhua 91>Yuhua 625>Yuhua 169>Yuhua 32. These results might provide theoretical bases for the saline-alkali tolerance identification of peanut varieties with high oleic acid and the development and utilization of saline-alkali lands.
