叶面连续喷施亚硒酸盐对花生植株及籽粒硒含量的影响

【摘要】 本试验以清水为对照,设置硒浓度为25.5、51.0 g/hm~2和76.5 g/hm~2的亚硒酸钠处理,在花生开花下针期叶面喷施一次,隔7天喷施第二次,研究不同硒浓度和喷施次数对花生植株及籽粒硒含量的影响。结果表明,第一次叶面喷施后7、14天和30天,花生植株不同部位硒含量随着生育期延长而下降,距离茎尖越近,茎叶硒含量降幅越大。第二次叶面喷施后7天,叶片、茎、壳、籽粒和根部的硒含量明显高于第一次叶面喷施后7天和14天的硒含量。因此,叶面连续喷施硒能维持茎叶较高硒含量,促进更多的硒向花生籽粒转运而提高籽粒硒含量。本研究可为富硒花生高效生产提供参考。

【Abstract】 In this study, water was used as control, and sodium selenite treatments were set with selenium concentrations of 25.5, 51.0 and 76.5 g/hm~2. Foliar spraying was conducted at the needle stage of peanut for the first time, and then for the second time after 7 days. The effects of different selenium concentrations and spraying times on the selenium content in peanut plants and seeds were studied. The results showed that at 7, 14 and 30 days after the first foliar spraying, the selenium content in different parts of peanut plant decreased with the extension of growth period. The closer was to the stem tip, the greater the decrease of selenium content in stem and leaves were. The selenium content in leaves, stems, shells, grains and roots at 7 days after the second foliar spraying were significantly higher than those at 7 and 14 days after the first foliar spraying. Therefore, continuous foliar spraying of selenium could maintain higher selenium content in stems and leaves, promote more selenium transfer to seeds and increase selenium content in seeds of peanut. These results could provide references for high efficiency production of selenium-rich peanut.
