【摘要】 盐是维系地球上的生命繁衍和生存的重要元素，也是人类日常生活的必需品和国计民生的重要资源。本世纪初，中国的考古学家在大范围调查的基础上，在鲁北沿海地区发现大批先秦时期的制盐作坊。进而通过对双王城等遗址的考古发掘，对这个地区的盐业生产和制盐工艺有了比较深入的认识。上述发现以及取得的丰富成果已引起国内外学术界的高度关注，并显示出盐业考古是一个有着巨大潜力的新的研究领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 Salt is an important element for the reproduction and survival of life on earth. It is also a necessity for human daily life and a resource for national economy and people’s livelihood. At the beginning of 21th century, Chinese archaeologists discovered a large number of Pre-Qin salt-making workshops in the coastal areas of northern Shandong based on large-scale surveys. By integrating the archaeological materials from Shuangwangcheng and other sites, an in-depth understanding of on the salt production and technology in this area can be obtained. These discoveries and research have received much attention from domestica and foreign academia and shown that salt archaeology is a new research fi eld with great potential.更多还原
