新型装配式钢结构连接节点的抗震性能研究

【摘要】 钢结构建筑因拥有强度高、自重轻、低碳节能、可重复利用等特点而被广泛应用。传统钢结构梁柱连接节点多采用焊接或栓焊混接方式,安装不便、易留下安全隐患。提出了一种采用全螺栓连接、安全可靠的新型装配式节点,建立了传统节点与新型装配式节点的有限元模型,对比分析了2种节点的应力、荷载-位移曲线、耗能能力等性能。分析结果表明:与传统节点相比,新型装配式节点核心区应力较小,可实现梁铰机制,滞回曲线饱满,承载力提升了约22.95%,延性系数提高了约14.89%,抗震性能较好。

【Abstract】 Steel structure buildings are widely used due to their high strength,light weight,low carbon,energy saving and reusability. The traditional steel structure beam-column connection joints are mostly welded or bolted welded,which are inconvenient to install and easy to leave safety hazards. A new type of fabricated joint with full bolt connection,safety and reliability was proposed. The finite element models of traditional and new fabricated joints were established,and stress,load-displacement curve and energy dissipation capacity of the two types of joints were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that compared with traditional joints,the stress in the core area of the new fabricated joints is smaller,and the beam hinge mechanism can be realized. The hysteresis curve is full,the bearing capacity is increased by about 22. 95%,and the ductility coefficient is increased by about 14. 89%.The seismic performance of the new fabricated joints is better.
