【摘要】 总结吕仁和教授辨治糖尿病的学术观点，旨在明析其关于消渴病脾瘅期、消渴期、消瘅期分期辨治的学术思想和抓主症、审病机、辨病位综合论治的诊治经验。临证重视将《黄帝内经》理论与现代医学相结合，对糖尿病进行分期辨证论治，认为脾瘅期核心症状为肥胖，消渴期应注重“除陈气”，微型癥瘕形成是导致消渴期向消瘅期发展的关键，以及消瘅期的主要辨证方法是脏腑辨证和经络辨证，同时要注重辨病位。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized professor LYU Renhe’ s academic views on diagnosis and treatment of diabetes,including staged syndrome differentiation as to pi dan(脾瘅),xiao ke(消渴) and xiao dan(消瘅) stages of diabetes,as well as comprehensive treatment following the principles of focusing on main symptoms,inspecting the disease mechanism and differentiating the disease location.In clinical practice,he attaches great importance to the integration of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经)) theories and modern medicine,and takes staged syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes.He believes that ⅰ) obesity is the core symptom at pi dan stage;ⅱ) it is critical to "remove deposited qi" at xiao ke stage;ⅲ) the formulation of micro concretions and conglomerations is the key to the progressing from xiao ke stage to xiao dan stage;and ⅳ) zang fu organs(脏腑) differentiation and channel pattern differentiation as well as disease location differentiation should be mainly taken at xiao dan stage.更多还原
