【摘要】 目的 研究中药泡洗辅助治疗心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛的效果。方法 选择心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛患者200例，随机分为对照组和试验组，各100例，对照组仅给予常规治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上辅以中药泡洗足部，足浴方选取中药红花、当归、丹参、赤芍、枳壳各15 g, 12 d为1个疗程，对比2组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分及治疗效果。结果 治疗前2组患者中医症状评分差异无统计学意义，2组治疗均有效，但试验组患者接受治疗后中医症状积分较治疗前下降程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗的总有效率为93%(93/100),明显高于对照组的85%(85/100)。结论 中药泡洗辅助治疗胸痹心痛能够更好地减轻患者的症状并加快患者的康复速度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine soaking in the adjuvant treatment of chest discomfort and pain of blood stasis type. Methods A total of 200 patients with chest discomfort and pain of blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was only given conventional treatment, and the experimental group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine soaking. The foot bath formula selected safflower, angelica, salvia miltiorrhiza, red peony and bitter orange 15 g each, 12 days as a course of treatment. The change of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score before and after treatment and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05), both groups were effective, but the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93%(93/100), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 85%(85/100). Conciusion Chinese herbal medicine soaking in the adjuvant treatment of chest discomfort and pain of blood stasis type can better relieve the symptoms and speed up the rehabilitation, which is suggested to be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
