【摘要】 目的 分析桃红四物汤配合手法复位夹板或石膏固定治疗上肢闭合性骨折的效果。方法 文章所选110例上肢闭合性骨折患者均为九江市中医医院2018年2月—2019年12月所收治，经随机数字表法将其分成2组，对照组与试验组，各55例；对照组采用手法复位夹板或石膏固定治疗；试验组则在手法复位夹板或石膏固定治疗的基础上，配合桃红四物汤治疗，比较2组的临床疗效、血肿消退时间、骨折临床愈合时间及炎性因子(IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α)水平。结果 试验组的总有效率为96.36%(53/55),明显高于对照组的60.00%(33/55)(P<0.05)。与对照组相比，试验组的血肿消退时间、骨折临床愈合时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比，2组治疗后1周的各项血清炎症因子水平均明显降低(P<0.05),而且实验组治疗后1周的各项血清炎症因子水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 上肢闭合性骨折患者在接受手法复位夹板或石膏固定治疗时，配合桃红四物汤能让临床效果明显提高，缩短血肿消退时间和骨折临床愈合时间，并对血清炎症因子水平进行显著改善，具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with manual reduction splint or plaster fixation in the treatment of upper limb closed fracture. Methods In this study, 110 patients with closed upper limb fracture were treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to December 2019. They were divided into two groups by digital random table method, with 55 cases in the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with manual reduction splint or plaster fixation. The experimental group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of manual reduction splint or plaster fixation. The clinical effect, hematoma regression time, clinical healing time and inflammatory factors(IL-6, IL-1, TNF-α) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.36%(53/55), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.00%, 33/55)(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the hematoma regression time and clinical healing time of fracture in the experimental group were significantly shortened(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of all inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly decreased 1 week after treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of all inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group 1 week after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion When patients with closed upper limb fractures receive manual reduction splint or plaster fixation treatment, Taohong Siwu decoction can significantly improve the clinical effect, shorten the time of hematoma regression and fracture clinical healing time, and significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors, which has clinical promotion value.更多还原
