【摘要】 目的 评价俞募配穴埋线治疗脑卒中便秘的临床疗效。方法 选取 2019 年 2 月—2020 年 3 月临沂市人民医院康复科门诊及病房住院的脑卒中后便秘患者 175 例，随机分为埋线组、电针组和药物组，分别采用穴位埋线、电针和药物治疗。研究周期共 8 周，包括基线期 2 周，治疗期 4 周，随访期 2 周，每 2 周评估 1 次。主要疗效指标：治疗期 4 周内，平均每周 CS-BMs≥3 次，且与基线相比增长 1 次的比例。次要疗效指标：随访期 2 周内，平均每周 CSBMs≥3 次，且与基线相比增长 1 次的比例。结果 满足主要疗效指标要求的比例：埋线组 21.56%(11/51），电针组 16.67%(9/54），药物组 16.00%(8/50）（х~2=0.64,P =0.727）。满足次要疗效指标要求比例：埋线组 37.25%(19/51），电针组 22.22%(12/54），药物组 18.00%(9/50）（х~2=5.66,P =0.059）。结论 俞募配穴埋线可改善脑卒中患者便秘临床症状，有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of acupoints embedding therapy at the front-mu and back-shu acupoints in the treatment of post-stroke constipation. Methods A total of 175 patients with post-stroke constipation in outpatient and rehabilitation ward of Linyi People’s Hospital were selected from February 2019 to March 2020. They were randomly divided into acupoints embedding group,electroacupuncture group and drug group, which were treated with acupoints embedding, electroacupuncture and drug respectively.The study lasted for 8 weeks, including baseline period of 2 weeks, treatment period of 4 weeks, and follow-up period of 2 weeks, and was evaluated every 2 weeks. Primary outcome measures: mean CSBMs≥ 3 times per week within 4 weeks of treatment, with an increase of one time from baseline. Secondary outcome measures: mean CSBMs≥ 3 times per week during the 2-week follow-up period,with an increase of one time from baseline. Results The embedding group 21.56%(11/51), the electroacupuncture group 16.67%(9/54),the drug group 16.00% (8/50) (х~2=0.64, P =0.727) got the main efficacy indicators, while 37.25% (19/51) in the embedding group,22.22%(12/54) in the electroacupuncture group and 18.00% (9/50) in the drug group (х~2=5.66,P=0.059) got the secondary outcome measures. Conclusion The acupoints embedding therapy at the front-mu and back-shu acupoints can improve the clinical symptoms of constipation in patients with stroke and has good clinical effect.更多还原
