【Abstract】 The application effect of flipped classroom based on micro-lecture in the teaching of undergraduate intern in endocrinology department was discussed.30 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of China Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 15 students in each group.The experimental group was given flipped classroom based on micro-lecture teaching mode.Through the way of examination and questionnaire survey,the teaching effect of this model on endocrinology interns was evaluated.It provides reference for clinical professionals training model in teaching hospital更多还原
