【摘要】 目的 公共卫生硕士是高级公共卫生人才的重要组成部分，是后疫情时代亟需的卫生人才。分析公共卫生硕士生源质量现状，为保障生源质量提供策略、措施。方法 调取2015—2020级公共卫生硕士研究生录取信息，分析研究对象基本情况、来源结构、毕业院校及专业、录取分数等方面的差异。结果 公共卫生硕士录取总体规模扩大，录取人数增加，来源结构、毕业院校及专业逐渐丰富，录取生源内部差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 理清后疫情时代公共卫生人才短板现状，抓住生源质量提高的重要机遇，根据生源质量特点提供针对性措施，不断提高生源质量，是现阶段地方医学院校招生工作的重中之重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The master of public health is an important part of senior public health talents, and is urgently needed in the post-epidemic era. Analyze the current status of the quality of public health students, and provide strategies and measures to ensure the quality of the students. Methods Collecting the admission information of the 2015-2020 master of public health postgraduates,the differences in the basic situation of the research objects, source structure, graduate school and major, and admission scores were analyzed. Results The overall enrollment scale of the master of public health has expanded, the growth rate is rapid, and the basic situation has changed, and the difference in the quality of students is significant( P<0.05). Conclusion To clarify the current situation of public health talents in the post-epidemic era, seize the important opportunity to improve the quality of students, provide tar-geted measures for the quality characteristics of students, and continuously improve the quality of students is the top priority of the enrollment work of local medical colleges at this stage.更多还原
