体现南派藏医药特色的藏药学本科人才培养模式探索

【摘要】 藏医药是中医学宝库中的瑰宝,而发祥于青藏高原东南部的"南派藏医药"更是镶嵌其中的明珠,已入选国家级非物质文化遗产。实现传统南派藏医药学的传承、发扬和创新是藏医药现代化发展不可或缺的一环,构建相应的人才支撑体系成为实现这一目标的关键。四川省康巴藏区是"南派藏医药"的主要发祥地,成都中医药大学作为全国6所"双一流"建设中医药大学中惟一开办藏药学本科专业的院校,在培养"南派藏医药"人才梯队中肩负着至关重要的责任。此研究总结了成都中医药大学在建设"双一流"高校背景下培养具有南派藏医药特色的藏药学本科层次人才的举措和成绩,以便为深入探索藏医药的现代人才培养体系及实现途径提供进一步的启迪和参考。

【Abstract】 Tibetan medicine is the treasure of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the“Southern Style Tibetan Medicine”(SSTM) originated in the southeast of Qinghai Tibet Plateau is the pearl inlaid with TCM. SSTM has been selected as national intangible cul-tural heritage. The inheritance, development and innovation of SSTM is an indispensable part of the modernization of Tibetan medicine. The key to achieve this goal is to construct the SSTM talent supporting system. The Kangba Tibetan area in Sichuan Province is the main cradle of SSTM. Chengdu University of TCM is the only one to offer undergraduate course of Tibetan medicine of the six "Double First-Class" initiative universities of TCM in China. Chengdu University of TCM shoulders a vital responsibility in the training talent echelon of SSTM. This paper summarizes the measures and achievements of Chengdu University of TCM in culti-vating undergraduate talents of SSTM under the background of building a“double first-class”initiative university. It will provide further enlightenment and reference for the exploration of the modern talent training system of Tibetan medicine.
