【摘要】 目的评价中药治疗H型高血压病的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wan Fang Data)、维普中文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed和The Cochrane Library,纳入中药治疗H型高血压病的随机对照研究,使用Revman 5.3软件对患者收缩压、舒张压、治疗后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、中医证候疗效及不良反应发生情况进行Meta分析。结果在治疗H型高血压病时,联合中药能更有效地降低收缩压水平及舒张压水平,针对同型半胱氨酸,使用中药比单纯西药治疗效果更佳,对照组和治疗组不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义。结论中药治疗H型高血压病相较单纯西药治疗相对有效而安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine in the treatment of H-type hypertension. Methods Computer retrieval of Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Wanfang Database, VIP Database(VIP), Chinese Biomedical Liter-ature Service System(CBM), Pubmed and The Cochrane Library. The included literature is a randomized controlled study of tradi-tional Chinese medicine treatment and western medicine routine treatment of H-type hypertension. The Review Manager 5.3(Revman5.3) software was used for Meta-analysis of the patients’ systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, post-treatment homocys-teine(Hcy) level, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy and adverse reactions. Results Using traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can more effectively reduce the patients ’systolic blood pressure level and diastolic blood pressure level than that of conventional western medicine alone. For the treatment effect of homocysteine, using Chinese medicine is better than that of western medicine alone. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the experimental group. Conclusion Chinese medicine is relatively effective and safe in the treatment of H-type hyperten-sion compared with western medicine alone.更多还原
