【摘要】 目的观察"一和三清"小儿推拿手法治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床效果。方法 60例湿疹婴幼儿按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组。观察组予和脾、清肺、清大肠、清小肠为重点的"一和三清"小儿推拿治疗,对照组予羌月乳膏外涂,均外用保湿霜,比较临床疗效、主要症状体征、肠道菌群(Bifidobacterium/Escherichia coli value,B/E值)和复发率等相关指标。结果观察组总有效率(83.33%)明显高于对照组(51.72%)(P <0.05);观察组主要症状体征总积分(39.2±8.23)分优于对照组(52.15±10.07)分(P <0.05);观察组B/E值高于对照组;半年后随访观察组主要症状体征总积分、B/E值、复发率均优于对照组。结论 "一和三清"小儿推拿治疗婴幼儿湿疹,内环境(B/E值)改善明显,临床症状减轻,复发率低,效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 O bjective To observe the clinical effect of “Yihe Sanqing”infantile massage manipulation in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods 60 infants with eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given“Yihe Sanqing”infantile massage manipulation therapy focusing on the spleen, lung, large intestine and small intestine, while the control group was treated with Qiangyue cream. The clinical efficacy, main symptoms and signs, intestinal flora(B/E value) and recurrence rate were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group(83.33%) was significantly higher than that of control group(51.72%)(P <0.05). The total score of main symptoms and signs in the observation group(39.2± 8.23) was better than that in the control group(52.15± 10.07)(P <0.05). The B/E value of observation group was higher than that of control group. The total score, B/E value and recurrence rate of main symptoms and signs in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of infantile eczema with “Yihe Sanqing”infantile massage manipulation, the internal environment(B/E value) was significantly improved, the clinical symptoms were alleviated, and the recurrence rate was low.更多还原
