江苏省固定CO2排放源空间分布及排放量特征分析

【摘要】 江苏省巨大的经济产值伴随着大量的CO2排放,如何处置这部分CO2是碳减排的关键之一。CO2捕集与封存是减少碳排放最直接的手段,因而需要了解该地区固定排放源的分布及其排放量。对作为江苏省主要大规模CO2固定排放源的火电厂、钢铁厂、水泥厂、合成氨厂4类企业进行了调查与评价,结果表明,目前该地区正在运行与新建的火电厂、钢铁厂、水泥厂、合成氨厂共227个,其中火电厂169个、钢铁厂22个、水泥厂25个、合成氨厂11个; 31个火电厂为排放量小于10万t/a的小型电厂,其余196个企业均为大型固定排放源; 4类固定源CO2排放量总共约为5.98×104万t/a,其中火电厂占60.04%,钢铁厂占27.42%,水泥厂与合成氨厂分别占9.90%与2.64%;火电厂在江苏南部的苏州、无锡、常州、南京、镇江地区以及长江沿岸分布较密集;水泥熟料生产主要集中在南京、镇江、无锡、常州、徐州,它们的水泥产能之和占全省的85.94%;目前所统计的169个火电厂中,燃气发电装机容量达2 804.2万k W,占火电装机容量的26.55%,每年减少煤炭使用3.36×103万t,减少CO2排放5.42×103万t。

【Abstract】 The large economic outputs of Jiangsu Province are accompanied by a significant amount of CO2 emissions. Disposal of this part of CO2 is important to reducing emissions. CO2 capture and storage are considered as the most direct methods to reduce CO2 emission. Therefore,it is necessary to understand the geographical distribution of the stationary emission sources in the region and their emissions. The investigation and evaluation of the four types of industries,namely power plants,iron and steel manufacture,cement production,and ammonia production,which are major large-scale stationary CO2 emission sources in Jiangsu Province,showed that the total of the plants that are currently operating or newly built in the region are 227,including 169 power plants,22 iron and steel plants,25 cement plants,and 11 synthetic ammonia plants. 31 thermal power plants are small power plants with CO2 emissions less than 0. 1 Mt/year,and the rest 196 plants are all large-scale emission sources. The total CO2 emissions of the four types of stationary sources are about 598Mt/year,of which power plants account for 60. 04%,iron and steel plants account for 27. 42%,and cement plants and synthetic ammonia plants account for 9. 90% and 2. 64%,respectively. The power plants are more densely distributed in Suzhou City,Wuxi City,Changzhou City,Nanjing City,Zhenjiang City and along the Yangtze River. Cement production is mainly located in Nanjing City,Zhenjiang City,Wuxi City,Changzhou City,and Xuzhou City,and the total cement production capacity of the five cities accounts for 85. 94% of the province. Currently,among the 169 power plants,the installed capacity of gas-fired power plants is up to 28 042 MW,accounting for 26. 55% of the installed power capacity,reducing coal consumption by 33. 6 Mt and CO2 emissions by 54. 2 Mt.
