矿区岩土施工安全监测系统设计及应用
Design and application of safety monitoring system for geotechnical construction in mining area
【摘要】 为保障矿区岩土施工的安全性,设计基于多源异构数据的矿区岩土施工安全监测系统。结合矿区岩土施工特征分析其施工中可能存在的安全风险,针对此类安全风险设计包括施工现场多源异构数据采集层、数据融合与传输层、远程监测预警层的矿区岩土施工安全监测系统。通过采集层的异构设备采集模块与FPGA可编程控制模块,并行采集施工安全参数的多源异构数据,经由数据融合与传输层融合后,通过GPRS通信传输至远程监测预警层,该层依据接收数据完成存储、监测、呈现及预警等功能。应用结果表明,该系统可实现快速平稳的岩土施工现场安全参数多源异构数据并行采集,具有稳定可靠的数据传输性能,可有效监测岩土施工各安全参数,为提升施工的安全性提供保障。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure the safety of geotechnical construction in mining area, a safety monitoring system for geotechnical construction in mining area based on multi-source heterogeneous data is designed.Combined with the characteristics of the geotechnical construction in the mining area, the possible safety risks in the construction are analyzed.For this kind of safety risks, the safety monitoring system of the geotechnical construction in the mining area is designed, including the multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition layer, the data fusion and transmission layer, and the remote monitoring and early warning layer.Through the heterogeneous device acquisition module of the acquisition layer and FPGA programmable control module, the multi-source heterogeneous data of construction safety parameters are collected in parallel.After data fusion and transmission layer fusion, it is transmitted to the remote monitoring and early warning layer through GPRS communication.This layer completes the functions of storage, monitoring, presentation and early warning according to the received data.The application results show that the system can realize fast and stable parallel collection of multi-source heterogeneous data of safety parameters in geotechnical construction site, has stable and reliable data transmission performance, can effectively monitor various safety parameters of geotechnical construction, and provide guarantee for improving the safety of construction.
