工业机器人在车铣复合加工单元中的应用
Application of Industrial Robots in Turning-milling Compounded Machining Unit
【摘要】 针对不同工作的要求及教学任务,将工业机器人、车铣复合加工中心、多功能工作台、PLC控制柜相结合,实现不同设备间的联合作业。使用该加工单元进行象棋雕刻试验,工件的加工精度及效率明显得到提高,同时该试验也验证了工业机器人与不同设备的结合后的灵活性及高效性。
【Abstract】 In this work, industrial robots, turning-milling compounded machining center, multi-functional workbench, PLC controlling cabinets are combined to realize joint operations among different kinds of equipment. As experimental verification, the developed processing unit has been implemented to carry out the chess engraving experiment. The accuracy and efficiency for machining the workpiece has been improved. The flexibility and efficiency of the combination of industrial robots and different equipment have also been verified.
