基于模糊控制的磁轴承PID控制算法研究

【摘要】 因磁轴承具有强非线性,单一的PID参数难以实现满意的控制效果。模糊控制具有较佳的鲁棒性、适应性及容错性。结合PID的控制简单、使用方便等优点,设计磁轴承的模糊PID控制算法,实时修正PID控制参数,改善磁轴承的控制效果。通过仿真分析和试验研究,对比模糊PID控制算法和不完全微分PID控制算法的控制效果。研究结果表明:与不完全微分PID控制算法相比,模糊PID控制算法具有更好的控制效果。

【Abstract】 With a single PID parameter, it is difficult for active magnetic bearing to achieve satisfactory control effects due to its strong nonlinearity, while fuzzy control has better robustness, adaptability and better fault tolerance.Therefore, with the advantages of simple control and easy use by PID, the fuzzy PID control algorithm of the magnetic bearing is designed, the PID control parameters is modified in real time, and the control effect of the magnetic bearing is improved. Through simulation analysis and experimental research, the control effects of fuzzy PID control algorithm and incomplete derivative PID control algorithm are compared. The research results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm, in comparison with the incomplete derivative PID control algorithm, achieves better control effect.
