【摘要】 基于河南省平顶山市叶县741份农户的调查数据，采用二元Logistic模型和中介效应模型实证分析环境规制、农户认知对有机肥施用行为的影响。研究结果发现：环境规制、农户认知均对农户的行为习惯产生正向促进作用，其中环境规制中的教育规制、激励规制这两个变量均正向影响农户有机肥施用行为，而农户认知中的生态认知和经济认知也都对农户有机肥施用行为具有积极促进作用；环境规制中的管束规制作用不显著，说明目前的环境规制存在“相对性制度失灵”现象，对农户行为的影响甚微。鉴于此，可通过教育培训提高农户对施用有机肥的认知；支持引进绿色生产技术，加强对粮食主产区的技术支撑；协同推进多元主体合作交流，促使农户自愿选择施用有机肥。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of organic fertilizer is an important part of achieving green and healthy agricultural development. Based on the perspective of internal and external influences, taking the organic fertilizer application behavior of farmers as an example, the internal logic and path between environmental regulation and farmers′ cognition and organic fertilizer application behavior are discussed, and the differences between diffe-rent regulatory measures and farmers′ cognition are analyzed. The results of the study showed that environmental regulation and farmers′ cognition had a positive role in promoting farmer′ s behavior and habits. In detail, education regulation and incentive regulation positively affected the organic fertilizer application beha-vior of farmers and the ecological cognition and economic cognition had a positive role in promoting the organic fertilizer application behavior of farmers. The insignificant use of regulatory regulations in environmental regulations indicated that there was a phenomenon of "relative system failure" in the current environmental regulations, which had rarely impact on the change of farmers′ behavior. In view of this, supporting education and training to improve farmers′ awareness of the application of organic fertilizers, introducing green production technologies to strengthen support for major grain-producing areas, promoting cooperation among multiple entities to encourage farmers to voluntarily choose to apply organic fertilizers are needed to achieve green agricultural development.更多还原
