【摘要】 针对一体化压铸做出了清醒、冷静、客观的思考，站在科学技术的角度从宏观层面进行了讨论，提出了值得深思的现实问题。通过对Al-Si系和Al-Mg系这两大类铝合金性能的分析、举例，说明了新型免热处理压铸铝合金的研究与应用现状。指出一体化压铸的主要瓶颈在于材料研发和模拟仿真，并详细阐述了国际上目前的研发进展。一体化压铸不可能一蹴而就，还需要产品设计、材料、模具、铸造工艺、铸件生产、压铸机等相关各方的科学研究、技术进步与密切配合、相互补位，建议重视基础理论研究，稳慎徐图，以期沿着科学的轨道健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has made a sober, calm and objective thinking about the integrated die casting, and discussed it from the perspective of science and technology from the macro level, and put forward some practical problems worth pondering. Based on the analysis and examples of the properties of Al-Si and Al-Mg aluminum alloys, the research and application status of new diecast aluminum alloys without heat treatment are illustrated. It is pointed out that the main bottleneck of integrated die casting lies in research and development of material and simulation. Integration of die casting can not be achieved overnight, but also needs product design, materials, mold, casting process, casting production, die casting machine and other relevant scientifc research, technical progress and close cooperation, mutual complement, it is suggested to pay attention to basic theoretical research, be steady and careful, so as to develop healthily along the track of science.更多还原
