【Abstract】 The article takes the comprehensive renovation project of the east and west communities of Gucheng South Road in Shijingshan District,Beijing in 2019 as an example.Based on the practice of old community renovation projects,the common problems existing in the old communities are summarized and analyzed.Combined with future development trends,the function darning and facility improvement strategies in the comprehensive renovation of the old communities are discussed in the aspects of public space,aging adaptation,parking management,smart communities,and infrastructure facilities.更多还原
