【Abstract】 In order to respond to the urban development trend of old city regeneration and community revitalization, it is necessary to reactivate the unused industrial building resources to meet the aspirations of community residents for a better life. By observing the current situation of industrial buildings in old settlements and their surroundings, the article proposes a renovation strategy for industrial buildings in communities by summarizing residents’ needs and analyzing their behaviour activities, adapting the design of architectural spaces and creating a sustainable development model,which could provide a new renovation model for urban regeneration and community creation.更多还原
