【摘要】 目的 系统评价金水宝胶囊联合厄贝沙坦对糖尿病肾病（DKD）的治疗效果。方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中文期刊全文数据库，筛选符合要求的金水宝胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗DKD的随机对照研究。检索范围为建库至2021年10月，应用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入文献12篇，合计930例DKD患者。结果显示，观察组总有效率（RR=1.19,95%CI [1.10～1.29],P<0.000 01）明显高于对照组，血肌酐（MD=-13.61,95%CI[-17.51～-9.70],P<0.00001）、血尿素氮（MD=-1.36,95%CI[-1.78～-0.94],P<0.00001）、尿微量白蛋白排泄率（MD=-22.68,95%CI [-32.23～-13.13],P<0.000 01）、空腹血糖水平（MD=-0.75,95%CI [-1.12～-0.38],P<0.000 01）明显低于对照组。结论 金水宝胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗DKD疗效显著，但由于纳入文献的质量不一，该结论还需大样本、高质量的随机对照研究加以佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Systematic review of the therapeutic effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with Irbesartan on diabetic kidney disease(DKD). Methods We searched CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, and selected randomized controlled trials of Jinshuibao capsule combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of DKD. The search scope was from the establishment of databases to October 2021, using RevMan5.4 software for Meta-analysis. Results A total of 12 articles were included, with a total of 930 DKD patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group(RR=1.19, 95%CI [1.10～1.29], P<0.000 01) was significantly higher than that of the control group. Serum creatinine(MD=-13.61, 95%CI [-17.51～-9.70], P<0.000 01), blood urea nitrogen(MD=-1.36, 95%CI [-1.78～-0.94], P<0.000 01), urine microalbumin excretion rate(MD=-22.68, 95%CI [-32.23～-13.13], P<0.000 01), fasting blood glucose level(MD=-0.75, 95%CI [-1.12～-0.38], P<0.00 01) were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule combined with Irbesartan is effective in treating DKD. However, due to the different quality of the included literature, this conclusion needs to be supported by large sample and high-quality randomized controlled studies.更多还原
