【摘要】 目的 对槐芩软膏与复方片仔癀痔疮软膏用于治疗内痔（湿热下注证）患者进行经济学评估，为合理用药提供参考。方法 基于支付方角度，分别采用成本-效果分析、成本-效用分析方法，运用决策树模型，模拟使用槐芩软膏或复方片仔癀痔疮软膏的经济性。结果 与复方片仔癀痔疮软膏组相比，分别以便血、疼痛、肛门不适、痔黏膜为结果指标时，槐芩软膏组费用分别降低26.07元、63.98元、45.48元、40.22元，显效率提高7.34%、21.71%、14.55%、11.96%；成本-效用分析（CUA）中槐芩软膏组增量质量调整生命年（QALYs）为0.000 16、0.000 44、0.000 34、0.000 12；在阈值为3倍全国人均国内生产总值（GDP）水平下，槐芩软膏组具有成本-效果优势的概率分别为66.81%、75.74%、80.08%、65.63%。结论 槐芩软膏治疗内痔（湿热下注证）在药物经济学方面存在优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the economics of Huaiqin ointment and Compound Pien Tze Huang Hemorrhoid ointment in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids(damp heat injection syndrome),and to provide reference for promoting rational drug use.Methods Based on the perspective of payers, cost-effectiveness analysis(CEA) and cost-utility analysis(CUA) were adopted respectively, and decision tree model was used to simulate the economic efficiency of Huaiqin ointment and Compound Pien Tze Huang Hemorrhoid ointment in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids(Dampness and Heat Injection). Results Compared with the Compound Pien Tze Huang Hemorrhoid ointmentt group, the cost of Huaiqin ointment group was reduced by 26.07 yuan, 63.98yuan, 45.48 yuan and 40.22 yuan respectively, and the significant efficiency was increased by 7.34%, 21.71%, 14.55% and 11.96%when blood in stool, pain, anal discomfort and hemorrhoid mucosa were taken as the outcome indicators.In the cost utility analysis(CUA), the incremental quality adjusted life years(QALYs) of Huaiqin ointment group were 0.000 16, 0.000 44, 0.000 34, 0.00012.When the threshold was 3 times the national GDP, the probability of cost-effectiveness advantage of huaiqin ointment group was 66.81%, 75.74%, 80.08% and 65.63% respectively. Conclusion Huaiqin ointment has advantages in pharmacoeconomics in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids(damp heat injection syndrome).更多还原
