阿奇霉素联合口服中成药治疗儿童支原体肺炎的Meta分析及药物经济学评价
Meta Analysis and Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of Azithromycin Combined with Oral Chinese Patent Medicine in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children
【摘要】 目的 比较阿奇霉素分别联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒与小儿麻甘颗粒治疗儿童支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床效果和经济性。方法 使用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台及中文生物医学文献数据库,按照规定的纳排标准对数据库中的文献进行筛选,并提取数据,应用药物经济学评价中的成本-效果分析方法对2种中成药物进行经济学评价。结果 阿奇霉素联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒的治愈率为45.07%,而阿奇霉素联合小儿麻甘颗粒的治愈率为49.49%;阿奇霉素联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒相比于联合小儿麻甘颗粒的治疗成本更高,进行经济学评价后,成本-效果比(CER)也更高,进一步行敏感性分析结果稳定。结论 在儿童MPP的治疗中,阿奇霉素联合小儿麻甘颗粒方案更具临床效果和经济性,均优于阿奇霉素联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect and economy of Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer Douqiao Qingre granule and Xiaoer Magan granule in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP) in children. Methods The Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform and Chinese biomedical literature database were searched by computer.The literatures in the database were screened according to the specified acceptance and discharge standards, and the data were extracted. The cost-effectiveness analysis method in pharmacoeconomic evaluation was used to evaluate the economics of the two intermediates. Results The cure rate of azithromycin combined with Xiaoer Douqiao Qingre granule was 45.07%, while that of Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer Magan granule was 49.49%. The treatment cost of Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer douqiao Qingre Granule was higher than that of Xiaoer Magan granule. After economic evaluation,the cost-effectiveness ratio(CER) was also higher. Further sensitivity analysis results were stable. Conclusion In the treatment of MPP in children, Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer Magan granule is more effective and economical than Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer douqiao Qingre Granule.
