新鲜艾叶与陈化艾叶挥发油化学成分研究
Study on Chemical Composition of Volatile Oil from Fresh and Aged Artemisia argyi Leaves
【摘要】 目的：通过提取新鲜艾叶和陈化艾叶的挥发油成分，检测其挥发油的化学成分并比较两者成分的异同，为艾叶资源的综合利用提供科学数据支撑。方法：通过GC-MS技术对挥发油进行化学成分检测。结果：从陈化艾叶挥发油中鉴定出124种化合物，从新鲜艾叶挥发油中鉴定出117种化合物。结论新鲜艾叶与陈化艾叶的化学成分较为相似，但挥发油成分的种类及其含量变化较大。
【Abstract】 Objective:By extracting the essential oil components of fresh and aged Artemisia argyi leaves,study the chemical compositions of its volatile oil and compare the similarities and differences between the two components. This study provides scientific data support for the comprehensive utilization of A. argyi resources.Methods:The chemical constituents were detected by GC-MS.Results:124 chemical components were identified in aged A. argyi leaves oil,and 117 chemical components were identified in fresh A. argyi leaves oil,and their chemical components were similar.Conclusion:The chemical compositions of fresh and aged A. argyi leaves were similar,but the types and contents of volatile oil components will change.
