【摘要】 伏毛铁棒锤是传统的民族药材，广泛应用于中药制剂。现代药理学研究表明伏毛铁棒锤具有镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用，随着开发强度的增加野生资源锐减，已被列为濒危保护物种。本文对伏毛铁棒锤野生抚育及引种驯化、化学成分、药理活性等方面的研究成果归纳整理，提出了资源保护、增殖和合理开发利用的对策与建议，期望为伏毛铁棒锤野生资源的合理开发利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aconitum flavumHand.-Mazz.(A. flavum)is a traditional medicinal material,which is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. Modern pharmacological research has shown that A. flavum have analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,and other pharmacological effects. However,with the increase in development intensity,the wild resources of A. flavum have decreased sharply,and it has been listed as an endangered species. This article summarized the research on the wild cultivation,domestication,chemical composition,and pharmacological activity of A. flavum.The countermeasures and suggestions for resource protection,proliferation,and rational development and utilization were proposed,hoping to provide a reference for the comprehensive and rational utilization of A. flavum.更多还原
