【摘要】 金樱子为植物金樱子（Rosa laevigata Michx.）的干燥成熟果实，是一种常见的药食同源药材，其中含有黄酮、三萜、鞣质、苯丙素、甾体、多糖类等化学成分；具有收涩止泻、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗菌抗炎、抗肿瘤、保肝护肾、降血脂、保护神经等生物活性；可用于治疗糖尿病肾病、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、遗精遗尿、特发性血小板减小性紫癜、慢性顽固性腹泻等疾病。金樱子植物的根、叶和花也具有与金樱子相似的药效。通过查阅并梳理了国内外金樱子及金樱根、金樱茎叶等药用部位的有效成分、药理作用、临床应研究的相关文献，为该药用植物的进一步开发与应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rosae laevigatae fructus is the dried ripe fruit of plant Rosa laevigata Michx.,which is a common medicinal herb with food and medicine,containing flavonoids,triterpenes,tannins,phenylpropanoids,sterols,polysaccharides and other chemical components;it has biological activities such as astringent and antidiarrheal,immunomodulatory,antioxidant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,antitumor,hepatoprotective,hypolipidemic and neuroprotective;It can be used to treat idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,chronic intractable diarrhea,chronic nephritis proteinuria,diabetic nephropathy,spermatorrhea and urination,etc. The roots,leaves and flowers of the R. laevigatav also have similar medicinal effects to those of rosae laevigatae fructus. By reviewing and sorting out the relevant literature on the active ingredients,pharmacological effects,and clinical should be studied of the medicinal parts of rosae laevigatae fructus and rosae laevigatae radix and R. laevigata stem and leaves at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the further development and application of this medicinal plant.更多还原
